Welcome to East’n’West, where we’re redefining skincare by shifting from single-use makeup wipes to sustainable, eco-friendly alternatives. Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Australia, our mission is to create a skincare routine that’s kind to your skin and the planet.

Growing up, my mum always reminded me to wash my face and wear sunscreen. But it wasn’t until the COVID era, when I started a daily half-hour skincare routine while working from home, that I truly fell in love with self-care. Even when life slowed down, my glowing skin and skincare ritual became a source of comfort and routine. As my passion grew, so did my desire to create something that aligned with my values no more single-use makeup wipes, just a product that cared for both skin and the Earth.

With a background in product development, I began researching and testing natural materials that could be gentle yet effective. That’s how East’n’West’s reusable makeup pads were born made from 80% bamboo and 20% cotton, infused with bamboo charcoal powder. Our pads naturally lift makeup, dirt, and oil while being kind to your skin and reducing environmental impact.
